Board <br />Water Div. 5 <br /> <br />The application is granted and a decree (ABSOLUTE) in the <br />amount of 0.75 c.f.s. (April 1 - Oct 15); 0.40 c.f.s. (Oct 16 - <br />March 3~) is hereby entered to preserve the natural environment <br />to a reasonable degree through the upstream and downstream points <br />as described in paragraph 4 above. The appropriation date for <br />this water right is November 6, 1995. <br /> <br />The priority herein awarded was filed in the water court in <br />the year of 1995 and shall be junior to all priorities filed in <br />previous years.
