3. The legal description for the stream segment is:

Natural stream channel segment from its upstream terminus at
the headwaters located in the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast
1/4 of Section 5, T4N, R78W of the 6th P.M., Jackson County,
Colorado; to a downstream terminus of said natural channel at
the headgate of the School Section Ditch located at Latitude
40 degrees, 23 minutes, 40 seconds North and Longitude 106
degrees, 7 minutes, 48 seconds West, Jackson County, Colorado;
said segment being 5.2 miles more or less.

Administration: For the stream segments in an unsurveyed area,
the Division Engineer has determined for administrative
purposes that the approximate legal description of the minimum
stream flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as
follows: downstream terminus in the Northwest 1/4 of Section
22, T5N, R78Wof the 6th P.M., Jackson County, Colorado.

4. The source of the water is:

East Branch Willow creek, tributary to willow Creek, tributary
to Illinois River, tributary to Michigan River, tributary to
North Platte River.

5. The date of appropriation is:

May 8, 1992.

6. The appropriation was initiated by:

Colorado Water Conservation Board action pursuant to C.R.S.
37-92-102(3), 37-92-103(3), (4), (10).

7. The water was applied to beneficial use on:

May 8, 1992.

8. The amount of water awarded is:

2.5 cfs, Absolute, from April 1 through September 30, each
year; and 1.0 cfs, Absolute, from October 1 through March 31,
each year.

9. The use of water is:

Minimum stream flow to preserve the environment to a
reasonable degree.
