Legal description of the stream segment through which <br />an instream flow is claimed. <br /> <br />J The natural stream channel from the confluence with ~ <br />North Joe Wright Creek at lat. 40 deg. 34'26"N long. <br />105 deg; 51'38"W as the upstream terminus and extend- <br />ing to the confluence with Chambers Lake at lat. 40 <br />deg. 35'46"N long. 105'deg. 5l'lZ"W as the downstream <br />terminus being a distance of approximately 1.7 miles. <br />This segment can be located on the Chambers Lake <br />U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment(s) in an <br />unsurveyed area, the Division Engineer has determined <br />for administrative purposes that the approximate <br />legal description of the instream flow termini as <br />protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as follows: ~ <br />upstream terminus in the SW/4 S.19 T7N R75W 6th P.M.;/ <br />downstream terminus in the NW/4 S.7 T7N R75W 6th P.M. <br /> <br />/5. <br /> <br />Use of the water: <br /> <br />Instream flows to preserve the natural environment to <br />a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />6; Date of initiation of appropriation: <br /> <br />December II, 1987 <br /> <br />7.
