IN THE MA TIER OF THE APPLICATION FOR WATER RIGHTS OF THE
COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF
THE STATE OF COLORADO,

IN EAST FORK POWDERHORN CREEK, A NATURAL STREAM,

IN THE WATERSHED OF CEBOLLA CREEK,

IN HINSDALE AND GUNNISON COUNTIES, COLORADO.

This Application was filed on December 31, 1998, and was referred to the Water
Referee for Water Division No.4, in accordance with C.R.S. SS 37-92-101, et seq. All
notices required by law of the filing of this Application have been fulfilled andthe Referee
has jurisdiction ofthis Application. No Statements of Opposition were filed in this matter.
