MOTION TO CORRECT CLERICAL ERRORS

IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR WATER RIGHTS OF THE
COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE
OF THE STATE OF COLORADO,

IN EAST FORK POWDERHORN CREEK, A NATURAL STREAM,

IN THE WATERSHED OF CEBOLLA CREEK,

IN HINSDALE AND GUNNISON COUNTIES, COLORADO.

The Applicant Colorado Water Conservation Board ("CWCB"), through its
undersigned counsel, hereby moves this Court to correct the following clerical errors just
discovered in the Findings and Ruling ofthe Referee and Decree of the Water Court
signed by the Water Referee on AprilS, 2000 and to enter the Corrected Findings and
Ruling ofthe Referee and Decree of the Water Court submitted with this Motion. The
clerical errors are as follows:

1. In paragraph 1, the Applicant's address is incomplete.

2. In paragraph 8 and in the first paragraph ofthe Ruling, the amounts of water
appropriated and seasons of use are incorrect.

WHEREFORE, CWCB hereby requests the Court to enter the Corrected Findings
and Ruling of the Referee and Decree of the Water Court submitted with this Motion.
