Lower seament: Legal description of the <br />stream segment through which the lower segment of <br />an instream flow is claimed: The natural stream <br />channel from a point at latitude 40047'49''N, <br />longitude 105042'37" W which point is 500 feet <br />downstream from the confluence with an unnamed <br />tributary as the upstream terminus and extending <br />to the confluence with the North Fork Cache La <br />poudre River at latitude 40048'52"N, longitude <br />105042'32"W as the downstream terminus.
