Historv of the proceedinqs: <br /> <br />a. Notice and Jurisdiction: The CWCB filed the above <br />entitled Application with the Court on December 21, <br />1987. The case was referred to the Water Referee for <br />Water Division No. 1 in accordance with the provisions <br />of C.R.S. ~ 37-92-101, et seq. (1990 Repl. Vol. 15). <br /> <br />Timely and adequate notice of this proceeding has been given <br />in the manner required by law. The Court has jurisdiction over <br />the subject matter of this proceeding and over all who have <br />standing to appear as parties, whether they have appeared or not. <br />
