Park County and the confluence of Geneva Creek
at lat 39030'52" lIorth,long 105043'24" West as the
downstream terminus in the NE~, Section 24,
Township 6 South, Range 74 West of the 6th P.M.,
Park County, at a point approximately 1200 feet
South and 900 feet West of the NE~, Section 24.
