<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />40012'21"N and longitude 107018'46"W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence of <br />the South Fork Williams Fork River at latitude <br />40016'22''N and longitude 107026'02"W as the <br />downstream terminus, being a distance of approximate- <br />ly 8.5 miles. This segment can be located on the <br />Pagoda Peak, Slide Creek and Pagoda U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangles. <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the Division Engineer has determined for <br />administrative purposes that the approximate legal <br />description of the instream flow termini as pro- <br />tracted from U.S.G.S mapping is as follows: upstream <br />terminus in the NW/4, NE/4, sec. 30, T3N, R88W, 6th <br />P.M.; downstream terminus in the SE/4, NW/4, sec.31, <br />T4N, R89W, bth P.M. <br /> <br />4. The source of the water is: <br /> <br />Beaver Creek, tributary to the Yampa River. <br /> <br />5. The date of appropriation is: <br /> <br />September 16, 1992. <br /> <br />6. The appropriation was initiated by: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board action pursuant <br />to the provisions of sections 37-92-102(3), <br />37-92-103 (3), (4), and (10), C.R.S. (1990 Repl. Vol. <br />15) . <br /> <br />7. The water was applied to beneficial use on: <br /> <br />September 16, 1992. <br /> <br />8. The amount of water awarded is: <br /> <br />3.0 c.f.s. (April 1 - July 31); 1.5 c.f.s. (August 1 <br />- November 15); 1.0 c.f.s. (November 16 - February <br />29); 1.5 c.f.s. (March 1 - March 31), all absolute. <br /> <br />9. The use of the water is: <br /> <br />For instream flows to preserve the natural environ- <br />ment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
