That the Application herein concernS a claim made <br /> <br /> <br />pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102(3) and <br /> <br /> <br />C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-103(3), (4) and (10) known as Senate Bill <br /> <br />97, and that the purpose of the appropriation claimed herein <br /> <br /> <br />by the State of Colorado is to insure the preservation of a <br /> <br />minimum stream level to protect the natural environment to a <br /> <br />reasonahle degree. <br /> <br />6.
