This segment can be located on the Groundhog <br />Mountain and Beaver Park U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments(s) in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the division engineer has determined for administra- <br />tive purposes that the approximate legal description of the <br />instream flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. Planimetric <br />(1:31,6BO) mapping is as follows: Upstream terminus in the NW/4 <br />SW/4 NW/4 S5 T41N R12W NMPM approximately 4BO ft. East of West <br />Line; 1,560 ft. South of North Line; downstream terminus in the <br />NE/4 SW/4 NE/4 S16 T42N R12W NMPM approximately 1,B20 ft. West of <br />East Line; 1,370 ft. South of North Line. <br /> <br />Priority date: July 13, 19B4 provided, however, that this <br />,right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases filed <br />pr10r to 1984, and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Instream flow amount: 1.5 c.f.s. absolute. <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
