IN WEST BEAVER CREEK, A NATURAL STREAM <br /> <br />IN THE WATERSHED OF THE SAN MIGUEL RIVER <br /> <br />IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY <br /> <br />THIS MATTER, having corne on before the court on the appli- <br />cation of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the court <br />being fully advised as to the matter of the application herein, <br />hereby makes the following findings: <br /> <br />The application herein was filed with the water clerk, <br />Water Division 4 on December 31, 1984. All notices required by <br />law for the filing of this application have been fulfilled, and <br />the court has jurisdiction over the application. <br /> <br />No statements of opposition were filed to this application. <br /> <br />All matters contained in the application have been reviewed <br />and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the <br />court finds that the statements contained in the application are <br />true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested <br />in the application. <br />
