Legal description of the stre~~ segment through which an
instream flow is claimed: The natural stream channel from
headwaters at natural lakes at long. 106 deg. 24'53"W, lat.
39 deg. 53'53"N as the upstream terminus and extending to
the confluence with the Blue River in the NW/4 SW/4 521 T15
R80W 6th P.M. as the downstream terminus, being a distance
of approximately 5.4 miles. This segment can be located on
the King Creek, 5heephorn Mountain O.5.G.5. quadrangle(s).

For administrative purposes only, the division engineer for
Water Division 5 has translated the segment thus described
into approximate protracted section, township, and range
locations from O.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream
terminus in the SE/4 SE/4 Sll T25 R81W 6th PM, more spe-
cifically at a point whence the 5E corner of said section
bears N37 30W a distance of 625 ft.
