3. The legal description of the structure:

The natural 'stream channel from headwaters in Section
'22, Township 9 North, Range 74 West of the 6th P.Ma,
Larimer County, at a point approximately 2400 feet South
and 2000 feet West of the NE Corner of Section 22 as
the- upstream terminus and Section '33, Township 9.North,
Range 73 West of the ,6th P.M., at a point approximately
1350 feet North and 1300 feet East of the SW Corner of
Section 33 as the downstream terminus, a distance of
approximately 7 miles.
