COME NOW the United States of America, by its attol'neys,
and the Applicant, Colorado Water Conservation Board, by and ,
through its attorneys, and hereby stipulate and agree as follows:

1. The inclusion of, the following provisions ,in the

Refe!ee's ruling and decree of Court entered thereon will protect

the interests of the United States of. America:

rights of the United States of America in the
