<br />stipulation has been reached between the United States and the applicant herein
<br />and such stipulation is made part of and incorporated into any order e?tered
<br />in this case.
<br />That the Colorado River ~ater Conservation Distri~t timely filed a statement
<br />of opposition and suvsequently withdrew said opposition.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that applicant shall install and maintain such w~ter
<br />measurment devices, recording devices, content gauges and inlet and outlet
<br />measurement and recording devices, as the case may be, as are deemed esse~tial
<br />by the Office of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed and
<br />operated in accordance with instructions from said office.
