<br />pursuant to:the provisions of C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102(3) and
<br />C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-103(3), (4) and (10) known as Senate Bill
<br />97, and that the purpose of the appropriation claimed herein'

<br />minimum stream 'level to protect the natural environment to

<br />content gauges and inlet and outlet measurement and recording,
<br />dev~ces, as the case may be, as are deemed essential by the
<br />'Offic~ of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed
<br />and operated in accordance with,instructions from said Office.
