<br />RULING OF REFEREE
<br />
<br />Pursuant to Order of Referral filed and entered in
<br />the above case on December 29, 1977, the undersigned Water
<br />Referee, having investigated the matter of the Application on
<br />: file' herein, hereby makes' the following findings and ruling
<br />ther,eon:
<br />
<br />FINDINGS OF FACT
<br />
<br />1. That the said Application was filed on December 29,
<br />
<br />1977;
<br />
<br />2. That the Water Clerk caused publication of such filing
<br />as provided by statute; that the time for filing Statements of
<br />Oppo'sition expired on the last day of February, 1978. and that
<br />such a'statement was filed on February 27, 1978, by Howard
<br />Holme, .Attorney .at Law, on behalf of the SOutheastern Colorado
<br />Water Conservancy District.
<br />3. That on March 16, 1978, the undersigned Water Referee
<br />re-referred the case to the Water Judge pursuant to the authority
<br />
<br />granted the said Referee in C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-303(2).
<br />'4. That on 'December 20, 1979, the said District withdrew
<br />its objection, and On December 28, 1979, the Water Judge ,re-'
<br />manded the case to the undersigned Water Referee for investiga-
<br />tion and ruling thereon.
