, l-85CW424 CWCB South Fork Lone Pine Creek 1. Name of natural stream: South Fork Lone Pine Creek minimum flow. 2. Legal description of the stream segment: The natural stream channel from headwaters in the NE/4 NW/4 Sll T9N R74W 6th P.M. as the upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with North Fork Lone Pine Creek in the NE/4 SE/4 S34 TlON R72W 6th P.M. as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 13.9 miles. This segment can be located on the South Bald Mountain, Red Feather Lakes and Haystack Gulch U.S.G.S. quadrangles. 3. The source of water: South Fork of Lone Pine Creek, a tribu- tary of Lone Pine Creek, a tributary of the Cache la Poudre River. 4. Date of initiation of appropriation: November 8, 1985. 5. Amount of water claimed: Instream flow of 2.0 c.f.s. abso- lute. 6. The use of the water: To maintain such minimum stream flows as are required to preserve the natural environment to a reason- able degree pursuant to ~ 37-92-102 and 103 C.R.S. (1973 and 1988 Supp.). No diversions of the water right herein will be made from the natural stream channel. 7. The applicant shall install and maintain such measuring devices and maintain such records as the Division Engineer may require for administration of this right. 8. The priority herein awarded, said South Fork of Lone Pine Creek instream flow was filed in the water court in 1985 and shall be administered as having been filed in that year; and shall be junior to all priorities filed in previous years. As between all rights filed in the year of 1985, priorities shall be determined by historical dates of appropriation and not affected by the date of entry of ruling.
