IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR WATER RIGHTS OF THE
COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF
THE STATE OF COLORADO

IN SOUTH FORK LONE PINE CREEK, A NATURAL STREAM

IN THE WATERSHED OF THE CACHE LA POUDRE RIVER

IN LARIMER COUNTY.

THIS CLAIM, having been filed with the Water Court, Water
Division No.1, on December 30, 1985, and the Referee being fully
advised in the premises, does hereby find:

All notices required by law of the filing of this applica-
tion have been fulfilled, the time for filing Statements of
Opposition has expired and the Referee has jurisdiction of this
application. A Statement of Opposition was timely filed by Red
Feather Storage and Irrigation Company.

All disputed issues between the parties have been resolved
pursuant to the stipulated agreement annexed hereto as Exhibit A.
The terms and conditions of this stipulation are incorporated
herein and made a part hereof.

All matters contained in the application having been
reviewed and testimony having been taken where such testimony is
necessary, and such corrections made as are indicated by the evi-
dence presented here, IT IS HEREBY THE RULING OF THE REFEREE:
