A committee that represented the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board,the Division of Wildlife, the Division of <br />Parks and Outdoor Recreation and the U. S. Forest Service and <br /> <br />U. S. Bureau of Sports Fisheries and Wildlife was set up to <br />establish priorities for making minimum stream flow appropri- <br /> <br />ations. These applications are in line with those priorities. <br />(Stipulated Facts, Paragraph ~.) <br /> <br />14. The staff of the Water Conservation Board re- <br /> <br />quested recommendations concerning the stream segments involved <br />in this case from the Division of Wildlife and the Division of <br /> <br />Parks and Outdoor Recreation in conformity with the requirements <br /> <br />of C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102(3). (Stipulated Facts, Paragraph 3.) <br /> <br />15. The Division of Wildlife made recommendations to <br /> <br />the Water Conservation Board concerning the stream segments in <br />question. The recommendations were both for maintenance of <br /> <br />fishery and environmental needs. <br /> <br />(Stipulation, Exhibit B.) <br /> <br />16. The Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation made <br /> <br />no independent recommendations but specifically concurred in <br /> <br />the recommendations made by the Division of Wildl~fe. <br /> <br />(Stipula- <br /> <br />tion, Exhibit C.) <br /> <br />17. Adequate field work was performed to sustain' the <br /> <br />requested appropriation.
