The Nest Divide Water Conservancy District subse- <br /> <br />quentl~' withdrew its opposition rlUrsuant to tCle ten,s of a docu- <br /> <br />ment entitled "Stipulation and Withdrawal of Opposition" filed <br /> <br />in \'later Court for Water Division No.5 on November 16, 1977. <br /> <br />9. The Board of 'County Con~issioners of the County <br />of Pitkin and the City of Aspen entered their appearance based <br />upon their interest in promoting the conservation of natural <br /> <br />resources and. their interest in other applications filed lJy the <br /> <br />Board which ,are presently postponed. <br />10. The Southwestern Colorado Water Conservation Dis- <br /> <br />trict was permitted to intervene by the Court in its pre-trial <br />order in support of the legal position of the Colorado River <br />Water Conservation District. <br /> <br />11.
