This segment can be located <br />on the Rock Creek Park and Rudolph Hill U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangles. <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments in an <br />unsurveyed area, the Division Engineer has determined for <br />administrative purposes that the approximate legal <br />description of the instream flow termini as protracted <br />from U.S.G.S. and/or U.S.FoS mapping is as follows: <br />upstream terminus in the NE/4, NW/4, SE/4, Section 20, <br />Township 46 North, Range 1 West N.M.P.M.; downstream <br />terminus in the SE/4, SE/4, SE/4, Section 14, Township <br />46 North, Range 1/2 West, N.M.P.M. <br /> <br />Priority Date: November 9, 1992, provided, however, <br />that this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded <br />in cases filed prior to November 9, 1992, and otherwise <br />junior as provided in section 37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973) <br /> <br />Amount of water: (ABSOLUTE) Instream flow of 1.60 <br />c.f.s. (May 1 - September 30); 0.60 c.f.s.
