Location: Legal description of the stream segment
through which an instream flow is claimed: The natural
stream channel from the headwaters in the vicinity of
latitude 38"13'25" N and longitude 106"59'04" W as the
upstream terminus and extending to the headgate of the
Beaver Creek Ditch at latitude 38"14'06" N and longitude
107"02'01" W as the downstream terminus, being a distance
of approximately 5.7 miles. This segment can be located
on the Rock Creek Park and Rudolph Hill U.S.G.S.
quadrangles.

Administration: For the stream segments in an
unsurveyed area, the Division Engineer has determined for
administrative purposes that the approximate legal
description of the instream flow termini as protracted
from U.S.G.S. and/or U.S.FoS mapping is as follows:
upstream terminus in the NE/4, NW/4, SE/4, Section 20,
Township 46 North, Range 1 West N.M.P.M.; downstream
terminus in the SE/4, SE/4, SE/4, Section 14, Township
46 North, Range 1/2 West, N.M.P.M.

Priority Date: November 9, 1992, provided, however,
that this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded
in cases filed prior to November 9, 1992, and otherwise
junior as provided in section 37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973)

Amount of water: (ABSOLUTE) Instream flow of 1.60
c.f.s. (May 1 - September 30); 0.60 c.f.s. (October 1 -
April 30)0

Use of Water: to maintain such minimum flows as are
required to preserve the natural environment to a
reasonable degr~e pursuant to sections 37-92-102(3) and
37-92-103(3), (4) and (10), CoR.S. (1990).
