THIS MATTER, having come on before the Court on the application of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the Court being fully advised as to the matter of the application herein, hereby makes the following findings: The application herein was filed with the water clerk, Water Division 4, on December 28, 1992 and an Amended Application filed May 11, 1993. All notices required by law for filing of this application have been fulfilled, and the court has jurisdiction over the application. One statement of opposition was filed to this application by Teck Resources, Inc. and Butte Resources Company, by their attorney, John R. Hill, P.O.
