Legal description of the upstream and downstream <br />points of minimum stream flow reach claimed: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the confluence with <br />La poudre Pass Creek in the NE/4 NE/4 S. 1 T6N R75W ~ <br />6th P.M. as the upstream terminus and extending to <br />the confluence with Joe Wright Creek at lat. 40 deg. <br />38'12"N long. 105 deg. 48'23"W as the downstream ter- <br />minus being a distance of approximately 9.8 miles. <br />This segment can be located on the Comanche Peak, <br />Chambers Lake, and Boston Peak U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment(s) in an <br />unsurveyed area, the Division Engineer has determined <br />for administrative purposes that the approximate <br />legal description of the instream flow termini as <br />protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as follows: <br />downstream terminus in the NE/4 S. 28 T8N R75W 6th <br />P.M. <br /> <br />5. Use of the water: <br /> <br />Instream flows to preserve the natural environment to <br />a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />6. Date of initiation of appropriation: <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />December 11, 1987 <br /> <br />7. The water was first applied to the above beneficial <br />use on December 11, 1987 by action of the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board under the provisions of C.R.S. 37-92-102(3), <br />37-92-103(3), (4), (10). <br /> <br />8. Amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />32.0 c.f.s. (April 1 through Oct. 31); 16.0 c.f.s. /' <br />(Nov. 1 through March 31), all absolute. <br /> <br />The Referee rules that this application should be granted <br />-~.,__and an absolute decree for 32.0 c.f.s. (April 1 through Oct. 31) <br />and 16.0 c.f.s.
