7. The source of the water is Jenny Creek, tributary to
South Boulder Creek.

8. Legal description of the stream segment through which
an instream flow is claimed:

The natural stream channel from the outlet of Jenny
Lake at latitude 39 degrees 56'OO"N, longitude 105
degrees 39'41"W as the upstream terminus and extend-
ing to the confluence with South Boulder Creek at
latitude 39 degrees 54'28"N, longitude 105 degrees
34'43"W as the downstream terminus, being a distance
of approximately 5,8 miles. This segment can be
located on the East Portal and Nederland U.S.G.S.
quadrangles.

Administration: For stream segments in unsurveyed
areas, the Division Engineer has determined for ad-
ministrative purposes that the approximate legal de-
scription of the instream flow termini as protracted
from U.S.G.S. mapping is as follows: upstream termi-
nus in the NW/4 S27, T1S, R74W 6th P.M.; downstream
terminus in the NE/4 S5, T2S, R73W 6th P.M.

9. Use of the water: For instream flows to preserve the
natural environment to a reasonable degree, pursuant to section
37-92-102(3), Colo. Rev. Stat.

10. Date of appropriation: December 11, 1987. The appro-
priation was initiated and water first put to beneficial use on
December 11, 1987, by action of the Colorado Water Conservation
Board under Sections 37-92-102(3), 37-92-103(3), 37-92-103(4),
and 37-92-103(10), C.R.S. '

11. Amount of water granted: 1.0 c.f.s. ABSOLUTE.

12. Timely and adequate notice of these proceedings has
been given in the manner required by law. The Court has juris-
diction of this application and over all parties affected hereby,
whether they have appeared or not.
