This matter having come before the Court on the application
for water rights of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (lithe
CWCB"), and the Court being fully advised in the premises, does
hereby enter the following Judgment and Decree:

FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

1. Name and address of the applicant:

Colorado Water Conservation Board

Denver, Colorado 80203

2. The CWCB filed an application for an instream flow
water right in Case No. 87CW28S on December 21, 1987.

3. Statements of opposition were timely filed by the Water
Users Association of District No. 6 and by the Marching T. Compa-
ny. The Water Users Association of District No. 6 withdrew its
statement of opposition on August 5, 1992; the MarChing T. Compa-
ny withdrew its statement of opposition on October 7, 1992.

4. This matter was re-r~ferred to the Water Judge on Au-
gust 11, 1992.
