Legal description of the stream segment through <br />which an instream flow is claimed: The natural <br />stream channel from the headwaters in the vicinity of <br />latitude 37057'39" N and longitude I06056'48"W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the headgate of <br />the Creede Trail Ditch at latitude 38003'53"N and <br />longitude 107000'07"W as the downstream terminus, be- <br />ing a distance of approximately 8.4 miles, This <br />segment can be located on the San Luis Peak, Stewart <br />Peak, and Mineral Mountain U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />b, Administration: For the stream segments in an <br />unsurveyed area, the Division Engineer has determined <br />for administrative purposes that the approximate <br />legal description of the instream flow termini as <br />protracted from U.S.G.S. and/or U.S.F.S. mapping is <br />as follows: upstream terminus in the NW/4, SE/4, <br />SE/4, sec. 23, T43N, RIW, N.M.P.M.; downstream termi- <br />nus in the SE/4, NE/4, NE/4, sec. 17, T44N, RIW, <br />N.M.P.M. <br /> <br />4.
