<br />THIS CLAIM, having been filed with the water clerk,
<br />Water Division NO.1, on September 29, 1978 and the referee
<br />being fully advised in the premises, does hereby find:
<br />
<br />All notices required by law of the fil ing of this
<br />appl ication have been fulfilled, and the referee has juris-
<br />diction of this application.
<br />
<br />Statements of Opposition were filed by St. Vrain and
<br />lefthand Water Conservancy District, Lefthand Ditch Company,
<br />Bluepond Associates, U.S.A. and Public Service Company of
<br />Colorado and time for fil ing additional statements has expired.
<br />
<br />A stipulation was reached with tne Un,ited States of
<br />America. The Publ ic Service Company and 81uepond Associates
<br />have withdrawn their 'statements of opposition.

<br />All matters contained in the application having been
<br />reviewed, and testimony having been taKen where such testi-
