4. All persons affected by the Application, whether appearing or not, are parties hereto
and are bound by this Decree all notices required by law having been given and the Court having
jurisdiction over the subject matter of this proceeding. See C.R.S. gg37-92-203 and 37-92-302.

5. The Application requests the approval ofa plan for augmen~tion of the following
structures:

A. Greenwood Gulch Pumping Plant;

B. Glenrnoor Ditch;

C Glenrnoor North Pond;

D. Glenrnoor West Pond; and

E. Glenmoor East Pond.

6. The folloVvlii.g watetrights have been decreed for the foregoing structures:

A. Greenwood Gulch Pumpimz Plant: Decreed in Case No. 91CWII0, Water
Division No. I, for the diversion of water from Greenwood Gulch, tributary to Little Dry Creek,
tributary to the South Platte River, under its own priority with an appropriation dated December 20,
1991 for 5,0 c,f.s" conditional, and pursuant to the water right for the Glenrnoor Ditch. The decreed
location of the Greenwood Gulch Pumping Plant is at a point in Section 12, T.5S., R.68W., 6th P.M.,
Arapahoe County, approximately 1,250 feet West of the East section line and 2,500 North of the
South section line of said Section 12.

B. Glenmoor Ditch: Decreed in Case No. 83CW299, Water Division No.1, on
October 3, 1988, with an appropriation date of July 1, 1983, in the amount of 2,2 c.f.s. (1,000
g.p.m.), conditional, from Greenwood Gulch. The Glenrnoor Ditch water right was made partially
absolute in Case No, 94CWI95 in the amount of 0.24 c.f.s. The Greenwood Gulch Pumping Plant
was decreed as an alternate point of diversion for the Gle~oor Ditch in Case No. 9ICWIIO. The
decreed location of the Glenmoor Ditch is at a point in the SEl/4 SEl/4 of Section 12, T.5S.,
