segment being 7.0 miles more or less.

Administration: For the stream segments in an unsurveyed area,
the Division Engineer has determined for administrative
purposes that the approximate legal description of the- minimum
stream flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as
follows: upstream terminus in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 30,
TSN, R76W of the 6th P.M., Jackson County, Colorado; and
downstream terminus in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, TSN,
R77Wof the 6th P.M., Jackson County, Colorado.

4. The source of the water is:

Illinois River, tributary to North Platte River.

5. The date of appropriation is:

May 8, 1992.

6. The appropriation was initiated by:

Colorado Water Conservation Board action pursuant to C.R.S.
37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3), (4), and (10).

7. The water was applied to beneficial use on:

May 8, 1992.

a. The amount of water awarded is:

3.0 cfs, Absolute, from April 1 through october 31, each year;
and 1.5 cfs, Absolute, from November 1 through March 31, each
year.

9. The use of water is:

Minimum stream flow to preserve the environment to a
reasonable degree.
