An Application for Water Rights to Protect the Natural Environment to a Reasonable <br />Degree was filed on December 31, 1998. <br /> <br />2. The Water Clerk caused publication of such filing as provided ,by statute; the time for <br />ftling Statements of Opposition expired on the last day of February 1999, and that <br />none were filed. <br /> <br />3. The Application concerns a claim for an instream flow in Greenhorn Creek located in <br />Pueblo County, Colorado, to protect the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br />. <br /> <br />4. The Division Engineer has filed his Consultation Report dated May 13, 1999, <br />pursuant to C.R.S. 37-92-302(4), and the Referee has given it due consideration. <br /> <br />5.
