This segment can be located <br />on the Red Mountain U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Priority date: October 7, 1982 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to 1982and otherw~se junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Flow amount claimed: <br /> <br />2.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />Use of water: To maint~in such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1984 <br />Supp.).
