C.l I <br />..J~ .."'.::...,z(!3 <br /> <br />Case No. 82CW235 APR 8 1986 <br /> <br />----------------------------------------------------CZJ~~~~~,~ <br /> <br />RULING OF REFEREE, r c Ulatc, eoud <br /> <br />----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />CONCERNING THE APPLICATION FOR WATER RIGHTS OF THE COLORADO WATER <br />CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF <br />COLORADO <br /> <br />IN BEAVER LAKE CREEK, A NATURAL STREAM <br /> <br />IN THE WATERSHED OF THE RIO GRANDE <br /> <br />IN CONEJOS COUNTY <br /> <br />----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />THIS MATTER, having corne on before the court on the appli- <br />cation of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the court <br />being fully advised as to the matter of the application herein, <br />hereby makes the following findings: <br /> <br />The application herein was filed with the water clerk, <br />Water Division 3 on December 31, 1982. All notices required by <br />law for the filing of this application have been fulfilled, and <br />the court has jurisdiction over the application. <br /> <br />A statement of opposition was timely filed by the Conejos <br />Water Conservancy District. Said opposition has subsequently <br />been withdrawn. <br /> <br />All matters contained in the application have been reviewed <br />and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the <br />court finds that the statements contained in the application are <br />true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested <br />in the application. <br />
