The CWCB agrees to the administration of the Instream Flow rights decreed herein as junior in priority to, and agrees that it cannot exercise a call to the extent it would curtail, the City of Longmont's water rights decreed, or to be decreed, in Case Nos. 86CW395, 87CW212, 87CW213, 87CW214, 87CW215, 87CW216, 87CW218, 87CW219, 87CW220, 87CW221, 87CW222, 87CW231, 87CW232, 87CW233, 87CW234 and 87CW235, and the Highland Ditch Company's water rights to be decreed in Case No. 87CW253.
