Legal description of the stream segment through which an instream flow is <br />claimed: The natural stream channel from the confluence offue North Fork and South Fork of <br />Fooses Creek at latitude 380 31 '27"N and longitude 1060 16' 17"W as the upstream terminus <br />and extending to the inlet of Fooses Lake at latitude 380 32'24'N and longitude 106014' 54"W <br />as the downstreanl terminus, being a distance of approxirn.ate1y 1.7 miles. This segment can be <br />located on the Garfield and Maysville U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />b. Administration: For the stream segments in an unsurveyed area, the Division <br />Engineer has determined for administrative purposes that the approximate legal description of <br />the instream flow termini as protracted frorn U.S.G.s. and/or U.S.F.S. mapping is as follows: <br />upstream temllnus in the NE SE, See, 2, T49S, R6E, N.M.P.M., at a point 1400 feet from the <br />South section line and 1300 feet from the East section line; downstream terminus in the NE SE, <br />Sec. 36, T50S, R6E, N.M.P.M., at a point 1800 feet from the South section line and 100 feet <br />from the East section line. <br /> <br />5. Use of the water: <br /> <br />Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />6.
