SS 37-92-10t et seq. All <br />notices required by law of the filing of this Application have been fulfilled and the Referee <br />has jurisdiction of this Application. Timely Statements of Opposition were filed on behalf of <br />Public Service Company and Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District.
