Said opposition was subsequently <br />withdrawn subject to the terms of a stipulation between the parties <br />dated May 15, 1986, and incorporated herein in paragraph 9. <br /> <br />All matters contained in the application having been reviewed, <br />and testimony having been taken where such testimony is necessary, and <br />such corrections made as are indicated by the evidence presented herein, <br />IT IS HEREBY THE RULING OF THE WATER REFEREE: <br /> <br />l.
