This segment can be <br />located on the Pagoda Peak and Hayden GUlch U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangles. <br /> <br />Administration: FOr the stream segments in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the Division Engineer has determined for <br />administrative purposes that the approximate legal <br />description of the instream flow termini as pro- <br />tracted -from U. g:G. S mapping is as. follows: upstream - <br />terminus in the NE/4, SW/4, sec_ 22, T3N, R88W, 6th <br />P.M. <br /> <br />4. The source of the water is: <br /> <br />The East Fork Williams Fork River, tributary to the <br />Yampa River. <br /> <br />5. The date of appropriQtion is: <br /> <br />september 16, 1992, <br /> <br />6. The appropriation was initiated by: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board action pursuant <br />to the provisions of sections 37-92-102(3), <br />37-92-103(3), (4), and (10), C.R.S. (1990 Repl. Vol. <br />15) . <br /> <br />7. The water was applied to beneficial use on: <br /> <br />September 16, 1992. <br /> <br />8. The amount of water awarded is: <br /> <br />20.0 c.f.s. (May 1 - September 30); 10.0 c.f.s. <br />(October 1 - April 30), all absolute. <br /> <br />9. The use of the water is: <br /> <br />For in stream flows to preserve the natural environ- <br />ment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />The Referee finds that this application should be granted, <br />and an absolute decree for 20_0 c.f.s.
