Location: <br /> <br />Legal description of the stream segment through <br />which an instream flow is claimed: The natural stream channel from <br />the confluence with an unnamed tributary below Fuchs Reservoir in <br />the NWl/4 SW1/4 of Section 1, Township 37 North, Range 4 East, NMPM, <br />as the upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with the <br />West Fork Pinos Creek in the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 1, Township 38 <br />North, Range 4' 1/2>East, NHPM, as the downstream terminus, being a <br />distance of approximately 6.2 miles. This segment can be located on <br />the Summitville, Del Norte Pea~ and Horseshoe Mountain U.S.G.S. <br />quadrimg le ( s) . <br /> <br />4.
