Name of Natural Stream: <br /> <br />East Fork Pinos Creek. <br /> <br />3. Location: <br /> <br />Legal description of the stream segment through <br />which an instream flow is claimed: The natural stream channel from <br />the confluence with an unnamed tributary below Fuchs Reservoir in <br />the NWl/4 SW1/4 of Section 1, Township 37 North, Range 4 East, NMPM, <br />as the upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with the <br />West Fork Pinos Creek in the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 1, Township 38 <br />North, Range 4' 1/2>East, NHPM, as the downstream terminus, being a <br />distance of approximately 6.2 miles. This segment can be located on <br />the Summitville, Del Norte Pea~ and Horseshoe Mountain U.S.G.S. <br />quadrimg le ( s) . <br /> <br />4. Priority Date of Appropriation: <br /> <br />August <br />shall be junior to all <br />1984, and otherwise <br />(1973) . <br /> <br />16, 1982 provided, however, that this right <br />priorities awarded in cases filed prior to <br />junior as provided in section 37-92-306, C.R.S. <br /> <br />5. Amount Claimed: <br /> <br />3.0 cubic feet of water per second of time, absolute. <br /> <br />6. Type of Beneficial Use of Water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to <br />preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-102 and 103; C.R.S.
