All notices required by law for the filing of this appiication have been fulfilled, and the Court has jurisdiction over the application. No statements of opposition were filed to this application. All matters contained in the application have been reviewed and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the court finds that the statements contained in the application and the amended application are true and that the applicant is entitled to the water right requested in the application.
