The'parties atipulated to certain facts neces- <br /> <br /> <br />sary for the consideration and disposition of this matter and <br /> <br /> <br />subsequently spproved the adoption of those facts by the Court <br /> <br /> <br />in its pre-trial order. <br /> <br />13. A committee that represented the Colorado water <br />Conservation Board,the Division of Wildlife, the Division of <br />parks and Outdoor Recreation and the U. $, Forest Service and <br /> <br />U. S. Bureau of Sports Fisheries and Wildlife was set up to <br />establish priorities for mating minimum stream flow appropri- <br />ations. These applications are in line with those priorities. <br /> <br />(Stipulated Facts, Paragraph 2.) <br /> <br />14. The staff of the Water Conservation Board r~- <br /> <br />quested recommendations concerning the streoom segments involved <br /> <br />in this case from the Division of Wildlife and the Division of <br /> <br />Parks and Outdoor Recreation in conformity with the requirements <br /> <br />,'.C <br /> <br />of C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102(3). (stipulated Facts, Paragraph 3.) <br />15. ,The Division of Wildlife made recommendations to <br /> <br />the W~ter Conservation Board concerning the stream segments in <br /> <br />question. The recommendations were both for maintenance of <br /> <br />fishery and environmental needs. (Stipulation, Exhibit E.,) <br /> <br />16. The Division of parks and Outdoor Recreation made <br /> <br />no independent recommendations but specifically concurred in <br /> <br />the recommendations made by the Division of Wildlife. (Stipula- <br /> <br />....'" <br /> <br />tion, Exhibit C.) <br />17. Adequate field work was performed to sustain' the <br />requested appropriation.
