C.R.S. 1973, 37-60-106. <br />6. There was proper and timelY notice given of the <br />existence of the applications pursuant to C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-302, <br /> <br />7. There were statements of opposition to the appli- <br /> <br />cations filed on behalf of the Colorado River Water Conservation <br /> <br />District and the West Divide Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />8. The Nest Divide Water Conservancy District subse- <br /> <br />quently "dthdrew its opposition 2ursuant to t~e terT'as of a docu- <br /> <br />ment entitled "Stipulation and Withdrawal. of Opposition" filed <br /> <br />in Water COL:rt for Water Division no. 5 on November 16, 1977. <br /> <br />9. The Board of County Con~iGsioners of the County <br />of Pitkin and the City of Aspen entereu their appearance based <br /> <br />upon their interest in promoting the conservation of natu~al <br /> <br />resources and their interest in other applications filed uy the <br /> <br />Board which ,are presently postponed. <br /> <br />10. The Southwestern Colorado Water Conservation Dis- <br /> <br />trict was permitted to intervene by the Court in its pre-trial <br />order in support of the legal position of the Colorado River <br /> <br />Water Conservation District. <br /> <br />ll.
