The changes of water rights approved herein will not injuri- <br />ously affect the owners or persons entitled to use water under <br />any vested water right or decreed conditional water right as long <br />as the changes are operated and administered in accordance with <br />the terms of this decree. <br /> <br />JUDGMENT AND DECREE <br /> <br />Based on the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, set forth <br />above, it is adjudged, ordered and decreed that: <br /> <br />9. The Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law are incorporated <br />herein as if set forth herein verbatim. <br /> <br />10. The change of water right is approved and confirmed and the <br />conditional water right is made absolute, subject to the terms <br />and conditions set forth in paragraph 4 of this decree <br /> <br />11. Pursuant to ~ 37-92-304(6), C.R.S.
