Hiahland and Southside (a/k/a Goddina) Ditch: <br /> <br />The decreed point of diversion for the Highland and <br />Souths ide Ditch is Boulder Creek via Idaho Creek in <br />the SW~ of Section 21, Township 2 North, Range 68 <br />West of the 6th P.M.; the location of the actual <br />point of diversion from Boulder Creek is the <br />aforedescribed point where the Idaho Slough <br />diverges from Boulder Creek. <br /> <br />L. Rural Ditch: <br /> <br />The decreed point of diversion for the Rural Ditch <br />is on the south bank of Boulder Creek in the SE~ of <br />section 16, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the <br />6th P.M.; the location of the actual point of <br />diversion for the Rural Ditch is approximately <br />438 feet west and 1,250 feet north of the SE~ of <br />section 16, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the <br />6th P.M. <br /> <br />M. N.K. smith Tvler Ditch: <br /> <br />The decreed point of diversion for the N.K. smith <br />Tyler Ditch is on the south bank of Boulder Creek <br />in Section 20, Township 2 North, Range 68 West of <br />the 6th P.M.; the location of the actual point of <br />diversion from Boulder Creek is the aforedescribed <br />point where the Idaho Slough diverges from Boulder <br />Creek. <br /> <br />N. Houck #1 Ditch: <br /> <br />The originally decreed point of diversion for the <br />Houck #1 Ditch was Boulder Creek via Idaho Creek in <br />the SE1/4 NE1/4, section 30, Township 2 North, <br />Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. The point of <br />diversion was changed to the Boulder and Weld <br />county Ditch, described in subparagraph C above, by <br />decree of the Boulder County District Court on <br />August 18, 1913 in Case No. 6682. <br /> <br />5.3 Use of water available under the subject water rights for <br />instream flow hereunder by the Board is nonconsumptive except for <br />such stream losses, if any, as are assessed by the State water <br />administration officials pursuant to the provisions of <br />paragraph 4.13 above. <br />
