Can the rights to the Stagecoach Project be released for
instream flows to provide fish habitat in the lower Yampa?
2. What uses is this water decreed for?
3. How much water is available?
4. What would be the cost of this water?

Our next meeting is scheduled for October 1. 1990. I realize
this is somewhat of a .short notice. but if you could get some
information together and send it back to me in response to these
questions. we would greatly appreciate it.

If you should have any questions. please do not hesitate to
contact me .

(~

SZU/bj
cc: Laurie Mathews
Eric Kuhn
Robert Wigington
George Smith
Margot Zallen
Tom Pitts

Sincerely. ~

~ife~

Water Resource Speqialist
Interstate Streams Investigations
Section

\',

3263E*

- \;;,,,

,'-<.
