In the instance of elevation on pilings, that: <br />(i) lots are large enough to peImit steps; (ii) <br />piling foundations are placed in stable soil no <br />oore than ten feet apart; (iii) reinforcement <br />is provided for pilings more than six feet <br />above the ground level. <br /> <br />If an altemate method of anchoring is proposed by <br />the applicant, such method shall be certified by a <br />registered professional engineer or architect <br />licensed in the State of Colorado, to acOOlllllDdate <br />the hydrostatic and hydrodynamic forces expected at <br />the site. <br /> <br />7.4.9 <br /> <br />Floodwqys. Located within areas of special flood hazards <br />established in Section , are areas <br />designated as floodways.
