<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />il <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />II <br />!I <br />:1 <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Probationary acceptance by the City/County shall initiate a two year <br />maintenance period in which the developer is totally responsible for <br />maintenance of all drainage facilities. The developer shall post a <br />two year maintenance bond with the City/County. <br /> <br />A final inspection at the end of the two year probationary <br />maintenance period shall be conducted by the City/County. Final <br />acceptance by the City/County will tri gger the transfer of <br />maintenance responsibility from the developer to the City/County. <br /> <br />A surety bond or other financial securities are required to be <br />extended for one (1) year foll owi ng, coveri ng the City/County's <br />maintenance costs. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />All neces sary easements <br />properly maintain the <br />City/County. <br /> <br />The developer has supplied to the City/County an accounting of <br />capital, construction, and operation and maintenance expenses, or <br />other items for the drainage facilities up to the end of the two-year <br />period, for the purpose of establishing the basis of assumption of <br />operati on and mai ntenance and for future bondi ng requi rements for <br />other developments. <br /> <br />and/or ROW, entitling the City/County to <br />facil ity, have been conveyed to the <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />In the event that the City/County elects not to assume the operation <br />an d maintenance res pons i b il ity for the f ac il it i es, it wi 11 be the <br />responsibility of the developer to make arrangements with the <br />occupants or owners of the subject property for assumption of <br />operation and maintenance in a manner subject to the approval of the <br />Office of Engi neeri ng. Such arrangements shall be completed and <br />approved prior to the end of the two-year period of developer <br />responsibility. The City/County may inspect the facilities in order <br />to ensure continued use of the facilities for the purposes for which <br />they were bu il t and in accordance with these arrangements.
