In <br />addition, facilities not designed primarily for drainage frequently can be <br />designed to provide drainage benefits. Another aspect of a drainage <br />strategy is that it must consider multiple means of accomplishing its <br />objectives. In general, there is not one single, all-encompassing method <br />of handling storm water runoff. What is required is a complex combination <br /> <br />1-7 <br />
