<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 13th day of July, 1984, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas described as being <br />inundated by a -lOO-year flood as described by the floodwater <br />surface elevations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the <br />directed to send a certified cOpy of this resolution to <br />of Naturita, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />County, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />Board is <br />the Town <br />Montrose <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution' adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 13th r1ay of July, 1984, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br /> <br />William McDonald, Secretary <br />
